Spend the summer making art and enjoying Sunset Park’s waterfront with Lista! Located in our Industry City studio, each session combines technical skill-building, creative exploration, and outdoor fun. Students work with professional materials and receive individualized feedback to create exciting projects across drawing, painting, printmaking, mixed media, and sculpture. Each session offers a unique combination of mediums and projects that culminate in a final exhibition where students can share their work with their friends and family!
Beyond the walls of our studio, the vibrant landscape of Industry City serves as our secondary campus. Campers will spend time navigating the iconic courtyards and architectural wonders that define this creative hub. From sketching in the sun-drenched open-air plazas to collaborative team-building exercises in the secret nooks of the waterfront, our program turns the 35 acres of IC into a living laboratory for discovery. Being ‘on-site’ at IC means our students aren’t just at camp, they are part of a thriving maker community.

Daily Schedule:
8:30 – 9:00 – early drop off (extended day offering)
9 – 10 am: drop off + morning games outdoors
10 – 12 am: art making
12 – 1 pm: outdoor lunch
1 – 3 pm: art making
3 – 4 pm: open studio indoors or outdoor + pickup
4 – 5:00 pm: open studio (extended day offering)
End of Session Exhibition:
- Last Friday of each session: Opening Celebration
- Friday–Sunday: Exhibition on View

Theme: From Reality to Fantasy
- Morning – Exploring Mixed Media: Collage and Assemblage

Theme: Visual Storytelling in 2D and 3D
- Morning – Exploring Three Dimension: Puppets, Papermache, Wire, and Clay
- Afternoon – Visual Narrative: Comics and Illustration
