A cozy morning of rich colors, buttery brushstrokes, and cake-inspired painting.
Learn to turn a photo reference into an expressive oil painting. We’ll practice mixing light, midtone, and dark colors, then use broad brushstrokes to build volume and capture the textures of frosting and fruit.
With step-by-step demonstrations and individual guidance from Kristina, you’ll work from your own cake reference and create a painting to take home.
All materials and reference images are provided. Beginners welcome and if you’ve painted with us before, come explore a new technique!
